Honeymoon Part 2 | Portland, Maine

Our first Port of Call was Portland, Maine.  Portland had a few things we were excited about, like a real life L.L. Bean store, an Art Musean sporting Picasso and Degas, and a marina similar to the one Dave misses so dearly from St. Augustine. 

Some of the paintings in the Portland Museam or Art were beautiful.  The modern pieces left much to be desiried, in our opinion, but the seascapes were beautifully captured and the sculpting was extraordinary. 

We had a great time at the LL Bean outlet, and Dave even got to return some shorts that were too small.  Then we just walked along the marina and ate lunch at a floating reasturant with a nice view.
